Refund policy
We want you to buy with confidence. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.

| We miss your delivery date by more than 5 business days | Full refund, and you keep any work already delivered |
| Your first draft has been delivered | No refund, but your revision round is included so we can fix what isn't right |
| Breakthrough: documents delivered, mock interview not yet held | No refund on the package; your mock interview stays available to book |
How to request a refund
- Email smartphds1@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request".
- Include the email address you paid with and the package you bought.
- We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
The free checklist, role finder and guides are always free, so no payment or refund applies.
If something went wrong, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We'll fix it or refund you under this policy.
Privacy policy
Payments are processed by Stripe. SmartPhDs receives your name, email and purchase details, but never your full card number.
We use your email only to deliver what you bought and to answer your questions. We don't sell or share your information.
Documents you send for a rewrite are used only for that work and deleted on request.

SmartPhDs offers career guidance and resume help. We can't guarantee interviews, job offers or salaries.
Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
